Sara Lee Corp. strives to ensure customer satisfaction and offers a comprehensive return and refund policy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a Sara Lee Corp. product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and return shipping costs may apply. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund. Our goal is to make the return or refund process as seamless as possible for our valued customers.
