Our return policy at Sandes Lovely Giftware is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, and we strive to make the return process as hassle-free as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Simply contact our customer service team via email or phone, and they will guide you through the return process. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Additionally, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless an error occurred on our end. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to assist you with any concerns or issues regarding your purchase.
