Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

Yes, Samsonite has a satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased directly from their website or authorized retailers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate the return, simply contact Samsonite's customer service with your order details and reason for return. They will guide you through the process and provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
