To cancel an order, simply contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible with your order number ready. They will assist you in canceling the order and processing any refunds that may be necessary. Please note that orders can only be canceled before they are shipped out for delivery. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and you will need to follow our return process instead.
