Yes, you can exchange an item purchased online from Roots Canada. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to exchange it for another size, color, or style within 30 days of your original purchase. The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. Exchanges can be made at any Roots store in Canada or through mail. To exchange by mail, you need to contact customer service to obtain a return merchandise authorization number.
