What is the cancellation policy for appointments?

Asked a year ago
At Rodeo Drive Plastic Surgery, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and appointments might need to be cancelled or rescheduled. To accommodate such situations, we have a cancellation policy in place. We kindly request our clients to notify us at least 48 hours in advance should they need to cancel or change their appointment. This advance notice allows us to offer the time slot to another patient who might be waiting for a visit. Failure to provide the required notice or repeated cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. We strive to provide the highest level of care and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy to ensure smooth appointments for all our valued clients.
