Yes, Rockler.com offers a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all the accompanying accessories and documentation. Returns can be made in-store or by mailing the item back to Rockler.com. However, please note that certain items, such as personalized or digital downloads, are non-returnable.
