What is the process for returning a defective item?

To return a defective item, you must contact our customer service team within a specified period from the date of purchase. Once approved, you will receive further instructions on how to package and ship the item back to us. Make sure to include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it for defects. If the item is deemed defective, you will be eligible for a refund, exchange, or repair, depending on the manufacturer's warranty policy. Please note that some items may be subject to restocking fees if they are not returned in their original condition.
