Our return policy at Rickysnyc.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The item being returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. We offer two options for returns: in-store return or mail return. For in-store returns, customers can visit any of our physical store locations and our friendly staff will assist with processing the return. Alternatively, customers can choose to mail the item back to us. In this case, they need to contact our customer support team to initiate the return process and obtain a return authorization. Please note that shipping charges for mail returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty or damaged. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
