What are the requirements for obtaining a motorcycle license?

Asked a year ago
To obtain a motorcycle license in Rhode Island, you need to fulfill certain requirements. Firstly, you must be at least 16 years old to apply for a Class M license. If you are under 18, you need parental consent and proof of completion for a motorcycle Rider Education Program (REP). Additionally, you must possess a valid Rhode Island driver's license or obtain one concurrently. To apply, visit a DMV branch with proper identification, complete the application form, and pass a vision screening test. You will also need to pass a written exam, which focuses on motorcycle laws and safety rules. Once you pass the exam, pay the required fees and schedule a road test. Successfully completing the road test will grant you a motorcycle license.
