What is the return policy?

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items, such as nitro engines and assembled kits, are not eligible for return unless they are defective upon arrival. Additionally, any shipping costs incurred for returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
