What is the cancellation policy for appointments?
Our cancellation policy at Randolph Orthopedics aims to accommodate the needs of our patients while also ensuring optimal availability and utilization of our medical resources. We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are happy to work with you in such cases. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
