Radisson modified its change and cancellation policies in response to the coronavirus, as most other hotel companies did. If you are thinking of booking a stay with Radisson, you may be wondering what its current coronavirus change and cancellation policies are. To find out more, keep on reading.
At the moment, Radisson hotels do not have any coronavirus-related modifications to their change and cancellation policies. Radisson does not set a mandatory change or cancellation policy for any of its hotels. Instead, each one sets its own. Many of them, however, allow you to make changes and cancellations without penalty as long as you do so more than 24 hours before check-in time.
Please note that if you made your reservation through a third party like a travel agent or a discount booking site, it's that third party's change and cancellation policies that apply, not Radisson's. You will have to contact that third party to find out what they are.
You should have been shown a copy of these policies at the time you made the reservation. If you did not note them at the time, check the confirmation email that Radisson sent you after you made your reservation. It should contain the relevant policies as well.
If you never got that email, or if you no longer have access to it, you can also look your reservation up online, which should have a copy of the hotel's change and cancellation policies. To look up your reservation, follow these instructions:
If you do not have an account, you can also look up your reservation this way:
If you don't have the confirmation number, you will have to call the hotel you have the reservation with. Talk to the desk clerk and ask what the hotel's change and cancellation policies are.
Previously, Radisson had altered the policies of all its hotels to allow free changes and cancellations at any time as a response to the coronavirus. It is likely that if circumstances warranted it, this is the sort of policy it would return to.
If you have any further questions about Radisson's change and cancellation policies, you can contact a Radisson customer service agent for help. You can find one by phone or on the Radisson help forum.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
