Our return policy at Qualityoverstock.com is customer-friendly and hassle-free. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. We also require proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product qualifies for a free return label. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
