Our return policy at Purseboutique.com aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made items, as well as items that are on clearance or final sale. To initiate a return, simply reach out to our customer service team with your order number and reason for return, and they will guide you through the process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund, store credit, or exchange, depending on your preference. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
