Yes, we accept returns and exchanges for products purchased from Purseboutique.com. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have received a defective item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that personalized or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return or exchange once it is received.
