What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Purplus Software is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the software must be unopened and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned software and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund. Please note that any shipping fees incurred during the initial purchase or return are non-refundable. In the case of digital downloads, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. At Purplus Software, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service, and our return policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction.
