Our return policy at Proper Cloth is designed to provide our customers with a hassle-free experience. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn and unused items. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can simply initiate a return through our website. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a full refund back to your original payment method. However, please note that custom-made shirts are not eligible for returns unless they have material defects. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction and will address any concerns promptly.
