What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Proboardshop.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Returns made within 30-60 days are eligible for store credit. Please note that certain items, such as underwear and swimwear, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, who will provide you with a return authorization number and all the necessary instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or defective. For more detailed information, please refer to our "Returns and Exchanges" policy page.
