To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team with your order details. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective.
