Our return policy for porch swings is straightforward and customer-friendly. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your porch swing purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it. To be eligible for a return, the swing must be in its original condition, unused, and with all its original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Upon receipt of the returned swing, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
