Yes, Petfavors.com allows returns and exchanges for most products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You can return or exchange a product within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Certain items such as personalized products and perishable goods are not eligible for returns. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
