Our return and exchange policy at Peterstone.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns can be made for a full refund, excluding shipping costs, or exchanged for a different product of equal or lesser value. If the item received is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping as well. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order information. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if necessary.
