Our return policy at PerformanceBike.com allows you to return any unused merchandise within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. If you have the original receipt, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment. However, without a receipt, we will provide store credit for the current selling price. Certain exclusions apply, such as final sale items and customized or personalized products. Additionally, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
