What is the return policy?

Our return policy allows for hassle-free returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, so if you are not completely satisfied, simply return the merchandise in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, complete the return form included with your order or contact our customer service team. We offer a prepaid return label for your convenience, and a flat fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping and handling. Please note that personalized items and gift cards are not eligible for return. For more information on our return policy, please refer to our "Returns & Exchanges" page on our website.
