Paulfredrick.com Customer Service Issues

I recently ordered two shirts with French cuff varsity spread collars and received regular cuff shirts instead. I contacted customer service who provided me with style # [redacted] for the exchange. Despite wearing one of the shirts already, I plan to send one back for the exchange.

Dear Customer Service, I have been a loyal customer of Paul Fredrick for over 20 years and have always been satisfied with the quality and fit of your products. However, I recently encountered an issue with the size of the waist on the Impeccable Chino Pants I purchased. Despite having the length altered, the waist size of the 42" pants seems more like a 44". Unfortunately, as the pants were hemmed, I was told they cannot be returned. On the other hand, I also bought your Wool Gabardine pants in a size 42" waist, and they fit perfectly. I am confused about what happened to your Guaranteed Fit Policy that is advertised.
