Our return policy at Ozonebilliards.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. We do not accept returns on used items or items that have been personalized or customized. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees. We want to make the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible for our customers.
