Our return policy at Onlineshoes.com is designed to provide a hassle-free experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes items might not meet your expectations or fit correctly, so we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, simply log into your account, locate the order, and follow the provided instructions. Returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 1-2 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we encourage customers to place a new order for the desired item and return the unwanted item separately.
