Yes, you may cancel or change your order after it has been placed, provided that the order has not yet been processed for shipment. To cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, either via email at support@ohmydogsupplies.com or by calling our toll-free number at 1-800-123-4567. Make sure to provide your order number, which can be found in the confirmation email we sent you upon placing your order. Our customer service representatives will assist you in processing the cancellation or making the necessary changes. However, if your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to cancel or modify it, but you may return the items following our return policy guidelines.
