What is your return policy?

Our return policy at OJMedical.com allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return by contacting our customer service team. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and labels intact. We do not accept returns on customized or personalized products unless they are defective. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
