Next, click on, "New Claimant Registration" found at the upper right-hand corner of the page. You must use your full legal name and enter all of the required information as accurately as possible. Your username should be unique and easy to remember. Keep in mind that your username must be between 8 to 20 characters long and contain alphanumeric characters only, without any spaces. After creating your password, you will also need to create a 4-digit pin and then read the website terms of use agreement and check the box below to agree to it. When you are ready to proceed, click, "Next".

If you find any mistakes, click the back button to correct them or if everything is correct, then click, "Submit". A page should display that says, "Congratulations, your user account has been successfully established... etc." However, you are not done yet. Now you need to login to your account with the username and password you created during signup to complete the registration process and set up your security profile.
A screen will appear with instructions on establishing your security profile. After reading the information on the page click, "Continue". You will see a preview displayed of your system's security image. If you would like to change your security image or phrase, you can do so by clicking on getting a new image and phrase. When done, click, "Continue". To establish your security profile you will need to select three security questions and answers. To do this, choose a question from each drop-down box and provide an answer in the corresponding fields then click, "Submit" to continue. Complete your personal information and click, "Next". Enter your mailing and residential address, if different. Note: You can only use a physical address, as P.O. boxes are not accepted. After clicking, "Next" choose the corrected address from the search results and click, "Select". On the following page, enter your contact information and click, "Next". Continue by completing the requested information and finally click to submit your claim.
