What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Nautica allows you to return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We offer free returns for online purchases, and you can return items through mail or visit any of our stores. However, please note that items bought from our outlet stores or final sale items are not eligible for return. Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. For more detailed information, please refer to our return policy page or contact our customer service team.
