Our return/exchange policy at Naturalizer.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return or exchange period, starting from the date of purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return or exchange your item(s) in their original condition and packaging. Please note that personalized or final sale items cannot be returned unless they are defective. Returns and exchanges can be initiated online or at any of our physical store locations. If you choose to return an item, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
