Our return policy at National Tool Warehouse aims to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team within the 30-day window. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please note that all returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. It is important to inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if any items are damaged or defective. In such cases, we will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.
