NapaStyle's return policy ensures customer satisfaction by offering a hassle-free process. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original sales receipt or order confirmation. All returns are subject to inspection for approval. Once your return is authorized, you may opt for a refund or an exchange. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, while exchanges will be processed promptly, subject to availability. However, NapaStyle does not cover return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or defective.
