However, some items at the NBA can still be cancelled. We'll provide you with the steps on how to cancel these items.

Sign in To Your Account

Enter your login credentials and go to the Track Order page. Then, find the order you want to cancel. If you have the order number, there's no need to sign in to your account. Just proceed to the next step.

Enter Your Order Number

Click on Track Your Order and type in your order number, and click Continue. You'll know on the next page whether it's still possible to cancel your order.

Click Need to Modify Order

Click Cancel Order

Confirm the Cancellation

Select a reason for cancellation and tap Cancel Order again.

Wait for the Canceled Pop-Up Message

You'll know the cancellation was successful because a 'Canceled' pop-up message would appear.

If you purchased the wrong item and the order can no longer be canceled, try processing a return to get a refund.

Once you have the refund, go back to the NBA store and purchase the correct item. To process a return, check out the next steps.

Find Your Order

Enter the order number to find your order and click Continue.

Click View Order Details

Scroll to the bottom and click Return Items. Choose how you want to return the item and process the return. Just follow the on-screen instructions to process the return successfully.

You can only return unworn items, and they must have the original labels or tags. Customers can either drop off the items at any UPS or Happy Returns location. Damaged or defective items must also be reported within 45 days to be eligible for a return and refund.

The refunded amount is sent to the original payment method. Take note that a $9.99 return-shipping fee applies, unless the error was on the NBA Store’s end — in that case, they’ll waive the fee.
