Musicians Friend offers a hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 45 days of receipt. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging to qualify for a refund. Some exclusions may apply, such as software, harmonicas, and special order items, which are non-returnable unless defective. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses, but Musicians Friend will cover the shipping cost if your item arrives damaged or defective.
