To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. In case of any defects or damage during transit, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process the refund promptly. Please note that customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
