Our return policy at MrPorter.com allows customers to return any unused and unworn items within 28 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We also accept returns on items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery. To initiate a return, customers can simply log in to their MrPorter.com account and select the items they wish to return. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for convenience. Once the returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 14 days. Please note that personalized and perishable items are not eligible for return.
