What is your return policy?

At Moishe's, we strive for customer satisfaction and offer a flexible return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All returns must be in their original condition, unopened, and with the original packaging intact. We do not accept returns on perishable items, such as food or plants, for health and safety reasons. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via phone or email, providing your order details. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if necessary. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take a few business days for the credit to appear in your account. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the return process hassle-free for you.
