Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a hassle-free experience. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for unopened and unused products. When returning an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the process. Once the return is authorized, you will receive a return label to facilitate the shipment back to us. We offer a full refund for the returned product, excluding shipping charges. However, if the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs as well. Please note that certain products such as opened and used drug tests are non-returnable for safety reasons.
