Our return policy at Medicalsupplydepot.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. However, certain products may be non-returnable for hygienic and safety reasons, such as opened personal care items or used medical equipment. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided, which must be clearly marked on the returned package. We recommend returning the item in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
