Our return policy at Maxiaids.com is designed to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. However, certain items, such as hygiene products or personalized items, may not be eligible for return due to health and safety concerns. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with a return authorization and further instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
