How do I cancel or change an order?

To cancel or change an order, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the change you would like to make. Our team will assist you in updating or canceling your order as long as it has not already been processed for shipment. Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to it. Thank you for your understanding.
