Our return policy at Matsmatsmats.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund. We accept returns on all unused and unopened products in their original packaging. However, custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. We aim to process refunds within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the return process as hassle-free as possible for our valued customers.
