Our refund policy at Mascotshows.fr ensures customer satisfaction and protects their investment. We offer a hassle-free refund within 30 days of purchase if the mascot costume fails to meet requirements or arrives damaged. To initiate the refund process, customers must contact our customer service team with their order details and reasons for return. Upon approval, customers will be provided with instructions on returning the item. Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned costume to ensure it is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once approved, refunds will be processed within three business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
