Marvel subscribers who want to cancel their subscriptions should follow specific steps to close their account. Members will need access to their account information to complete the process. Also, members who purchased a subscription through an app may have to use the app to cancel their subscriptions.
Visit Marvel.com
Members need to log-in to their account and navigate to the "Marvel Unlimited Membership Management" page. Members should select the "cancel subscription" option and follow the prompts. The cancel subscription option will show up on a pop-up modal.
Send an Email
Members also have the option of sending an email to onlinesupport@marvel.com to cancel their membership. You should include all your membership information in your email to help customer service expedite your request. As a member, you will more than likely receive a reply via email. However, it may be a good idea to include a contact phone number along with your email.
iTunes Cancellation
Members who've purchased their membership through iTunes may need to also cancel their subscription through iTunes. The cancellation process will vary according to the type of device. However, for the most part, the cancellation process will be the same on iPhone, iPad, and iPod. If you have a Mac, you will need to follow the cancellation steps necessary for a Mac.
Google Play Cancellation
Members who purchased their subscription through Google Play can open Google Pay and navigate to the settings menu. Select the subscriptions option. Choose the subscription you want to cancel. Select "cancel" and follow the directions. If you have problems or questions with the cancellation process, you can try reaching out to marvel.com.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
