To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will provide you with a return authorization number. Please pack the item securely and include the return authorization number on the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund to your original form of payment within 5 business days.
