What is the cancellation policy for lift tickets?

Asked a year ago
The cancellation policy for lift tickets at Mammoth Mountain is as follows: If a guest cancels their lift ticket at least 24 hours prior to the start date, a full refund will be issued. However, if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the start date or the ticket is not used, no refund will be provided. It is important to note that weather conditions, including lift closures due to inclement weather, are not eligible for refund. Additionally, no refunds will be given for any lost or stolen lift tickets. To request a cancellation or get more information, guests can contact Mammoth Mountain's customer service team.
