The cancellation policy for bookings on Loosecubes.com is designed to be flexible and cater to the needs of both hosts and guests. If a host cancels a reservation, guests will receive a full refund and assistance in finding an alternative workspace. On the other hand, if guests cancel a booking, the refund amount will vary depending on the timing of cancellation. If cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the reserved date, guests will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a refund equivalent to 50% of the booking fee. However, if guests cancel within 24 hours of the reservation, there will be no refund. In exceptional cases, Loosecubes.com may consider issuing additional refunds based on extenuating circumstances.
